Re: Doug Kaufmann plan? (Know the Cause show)
Hulda Clark also talks about the different types of mycotoxins (fungi) found in foods that people aren't aware of.
I think what Doug Kaufmann says is very valid, and something people need to be aware of for the amount of mold etc that is in common foods. Alot of it has to do with how a person's immune system is able to fight an exposure to the mycotoxins. The number one thing that you will hear him talking about with people with fungal infections, is how
Antibiotic use gave it a start.
The USDA has reports that verify exactly what Doug Kaufmann is saying about corn being "universally contaminated with mold", and the grains, peanuts etc.
Here's a few things to read that go along with what he says:

Aflatoxicosis
Aflatoxicosis is poisoning that results from ingestion of aflatoxins in contaminated food or feed. The aflatoxins are a group of structurally related toxic compounds produced by certain strains of the fungi Aspergillus flavus and A. parasiticus. Under favorable conditions of temperature and humidity, these fungi grow on certain foods and feeds, resulting in the production of aflatoxins. The most pronounced contamination has been encountered in tree nuts, peanuts, and other oilseeds, including corn and cottonseed
Aflatoxins produce acute necrosis, cirrhosis, and carcinoma of the liver in a number of animal species; no animal species is resistant to the acute toxic effects of aflatoxins; hence it is logical to assume that humans may be similarly affected.
