Symptoms of die off: light-headedness, slight nausea, dizziness, inability to concentrate, rapid heartbeat.

From what I've read so far, the worms seem to produce the same symptoms when they're heavily infecting the system as when they are dying off. Do people here find that to be the case?

What I was experiencing before taking any kind of medication, aside from the obvious nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, was light-headedness, a floating feeling, dizziness, and an inability to concentrate. Almost similar to being high or on drugs. Now, I know that I need to eventually do a liver cleanse, so maybe these symptoms are related to a toxic liver, but I am experiencing those same symptoms now that I'm having die off, (the dizziness, light-headedness, floating feeling, and inability to concentrate for a long time), and I am also now experiencing a rapid heartbeat when I do any kind of strenuous physical activity, and I'm getting a metal-like, slightly foul taste in my mouth as well. It almost seems to be coming out of my teeth. I was experiencing the taste before the meds, too, but it seems to be even stronger now.

It also sounds like anemia, so that could be it too.

Is this common?
Since this whole thing started, I have a hard time being out places for any length of time...I don't feel sick like I used to, but I still feel some form of sick. Additionally, I lack energy and look slightly pale. I'm also still having intermittent, subtle nausea.
Like I said, I have other health issues which could be contributing to these symptoms, but I figured I'd check in with the parasites first since those seem to be at the forefront of my physical existence right now, and also cause a lot of ruckus in the body.
