Re: mirena removal...what's to come?

Hi.....I can only give you my experience, which is like some and unlike others. After 5 1/2 years and two Mirena's, I had mine removed almost two weeks ago. The removal took only a few seconds and didn't hurt other than a tiny cramp. Three days later I had what I thought was a period, but it turned out to be a bunch of bloody mucous. The next day it was gone. Other than thyroid problems, I don't feel much different. I am starting to loose a tiny bit of weight. I have not had anything happen that feels like a crash. I am however, experiencing breast pain, so I know something is going on.
