My Adrenal Full Recovery Regimen - WORKS WONDERS


I know people are always coming up with new methods/regimens to heal adrenal fatigue. But I really found out an amazing way to get this over with within 6 months.

Okay,

#1 - Get hydrocortisone (either prescriiption pill or store-bought cream form).. For store-bought cream.. 1 g = 10 mg.. buy a mini-scale. They are very handy to have and only $5. I swallow the cream. There are no harmful ingredients in it, and it is a life-saver for someone who couldn't get a pill prescriiption for it. Plus its 5x cheaper and easily bought whenever you need it.

#2 - Get 2 of the best adaptogens out there. I really like Korean Ginseng (which I think is the king of all adaptogens) and Rhodiola.

#3 - Get *REAL* licorice tea. None of that fancy stuff. I like the Alvita brand.


+IMPORTANT: Please remember to switch your adaptogens around every 2 weeks or they lose their effectiveness and will be useless in the recovery process.

*8 AM - 10 mg Hydrocortisone. 1 g of Korean Ginseng. 1 cup of Licorice Tea.

*12 PM - 7 mg Hydrocortisone. 500 mg of Korean Ginseng.

*4 PM - 5 mg Hydrocortisone. 500 mg of Korean Ginseng.

*8 PM - 3 mg Hydrocortisone.

*BEFORE BED (MOST IMPORTANT PART) - 5 mg Hydrocortisone. 1 g of Korean Ginseng. 1 cup of licorice tea.

IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THIS *RIGHT* BEFORE BED. Do not wait up 5 or more minutes after doing this. Or else the strategy won't work. Everyone knows your adrenals recover while you are asleep, because they are completely rested and unbothered. So if you pump yourself full of adrenal healers & other beneficial things, then your adrenals are gonna heal 10x faster than they would any other way. And this is why if you stay up for more than 5 minutes after taking the last dose, you will become awake and wired. If you go to bed before the supplements disperse into your bloodstream, you will stay asleep while the medicines do their job.



This is what has worked for me. I've been doing this a month now and my hypoglycemia is almost completely gone, and I can now do some light exercise. I went a little overboard the other night with the exercising, lifting weights for 30 minutes.. and I didn't feel so well the next 2 days.. but it was nothing compared to how I use to feel if I would have done that 2 months ago. I would have been out of reality and in bed for a week. Now, I just have a slight uncomfortable tiredness in my chest. Nothing that won't pass. In 6 months, my adrenals will be completely healed and I'll be able to do WHATEVER I want!

So try it out, this is what I did and it helped more than I could have imagined, but if you don't feel it is right for you, then don't do it. I'm just telling you this is what helped me.
