Mirena Removal

ok so I have had this IUD in for a little over a year, like many, I loved the fact of the carefree protection, not havong to remember to take the pill, etc. etc. Then about 4 months in, I wasn't myself, blaming a ton of other things, but nothing seem right- hair loss, cramps, headaches, backaches, horrible acne, anxiety all the time, couldn't sleep, I can go on.....
so one day as i was losing my mind, my husband (bless his heart for putting up with all this) suggested maybe its the IUD...I thought maybe, so I searched around and found this site, I couldn't believe what I started to read, the more I read the more I felt like it wasn't just me going crazy. I told myself I would give it a year- a close friend had it in for 3 yrs now and loves it said it would get better with time. It hasn't

I have a wonderful doctor and OB/GYN they both agreed that it could be the IUD. My concern is the after removal symptoms. Can someone please share what I should expect?
