Finger Nail might fall off? Need help

I've had eczema on my hands for several months and the only time it ever got better was when I was on The Master Cleanse but as soon as I stopped it returned and became much worse and spread a great deal. My left hand is the worse, all but one of my fingers is infected. I'm open to the idea that this is an indication that I have an internal problem but I don't have insurance or much money and therefor no diagnosis (I was lucky to have seen a dermatologist once). At this point I want to do anything I can to heal my body but I'm becoming frustrated with my limitations. My left ring finger is by far the worst and I believe I will lose my nail soon if things don't change. I'm open to any advice. Has anyone else lost a fingernail? Can that happen? How can one recover from that or prevent it all together?
I'm trying to eat for my blood type as well as alkalizing foods, etc and I feel that nothing is working, and sadly I cannot live my life on The Master Cleanse due to my work schedule/limitations.
