Coconut Water & Drinking Plain Water (half body weight)
Thanks to -2tuff- and Wrenn that I decreased my water intake from 10 glasses a day to 6 glasses a day. I believe it has helped me in that I have increased my weight graually from 88 lbs to approx. 95 lbs.
My question is if I manage to go on vacation to Cuba and am able to drink coconut water, is coconut water considered as water or do I continue taking half my weight in ounces, plus as much coconut water I can lay my hands on a day? And if I were to drink fresh orange, papaya or pineapple juice would I have to increase my water intake?
Please tell me if I can still have 6 glasses of water, fresh juice and coconut water without increasing or decreasing any of the above?
I also intend to use sauna every day on my vacation. Would I have to increase my water intake if I am going to be sweating out? I read somewhere that coconut water has electrolytes so I am hoping to drink coconut water and am going to take
Sea Salt with me as well.
I continue to take collodial silver at least 300 ml. in total a day, have been swishing sunflower oil, drinking aloe vera juice and vitamin C for the last couple of months and eating homemade Kefir and dried coconut flesh as well.
I intend to travel next weekend if I can get a good discounted all inclusive package. However, I will have to stop taking everything except vitamin C during my vacation. I intend to eat lots of pineapple, papaya and coconuts if I can lay my hands on them, to protect me from any parasites.
I am not sure if I can stop taking Collodial silver abruptly or taper it down. I have in the last few weeks experienced a lot of gas and then expelled thread worms in the toilet. I have found something is working.... I also would like to know if I can stop taking collodial silver for a while.
