Sorry Sniffs, that I've taken so long to get back to you. I had the sinus infection from hell with this, I even went so far as to buy a new bed. Thought maybe it was the dust mites. Hey are these what you are seeing.

Back to the sinus, mouth infection, do you have a netti pot? If not you can use a sports water bottle, warm some distilled water fill the pot add some silver maybe start with a teaspoon, douse your nose. Have you done any oil-pulling? That kept the infection from taking over. Do something about your teeth as soon as possible. In my case the lump I now have is from the tooth it is closest too. Food grade H202 is your friend, taken internally, for teeth brushing(diluted to 3%). One of the best thing for the sinus stuff is to put the H202 in the water and sleep with the vaporizer filling your bedroom and your sinuses with H202, not to mention the mist on your skin. Gargle with it, gargle with salt and water, if you have nothing else for now. Clean your surfaces(H202 for that is very effective), the H202 can be put a steam carpet cleaner and will clean carpet better than anything. You can spray the H202 up your nose and will kill infection(stings). Drink plenty of water, really important to stay hydrated. Take lots of vitamins, B12, biotin, C, E, A, D, eat whole foods as close to organic as you can get, stay away from sugar. Take herbs, goldenseal, licorce, eat dandelion. Start eatting lots of pumpkin seeds, eat them all day long and into the night, for some reasons these help the mouth alot. Oraganic apple cider vinegar reduces mucus by 50%, take an oz of it and you have half the mucus. I hope there is something in this that helps. I will post more tomorrow, to tired to think. One last thing, I think you are starting to kill them, hang in there, don't stress(makes it worse), you will get well.
