Just wanted to say thank you for summing it up.

I am struggling to get organic cold pressed castor oil in South Africa. The only option is to import, and the customs office is really funny with a lot of stuff, I am not sure I will ever get it.

Can one use any other castor oil? I have endometriosis and a bit afraid to use anything else, but at this stage it feels like I am waisting time.
