Fasting glucose result normal (average). Does this rule out hypoglycemia?

Hi,
I'm always hungry all the time and trying to figure out if I have hypoglycemia. Nothing I do gets rid of it. (Eating more protein etc.) I have hypothyroidism and adrenal exhaustion for which I'm being treated for and both can bring on hypoglycemia. I recently had a Fasting Glucose test done and my result was 4.3 (3.3-6.0 mmol/L). Does this mean I don't have it?

I also have systemic candida which means I probably have leaky gut syndrome which causes damage to the stomach lining. Because of this you can have malabsorbtion problems so wonder if that's my reason for being hungry. I've recently bought Intestinew to help heal the stomach lining. It contains L-glutamine, N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine, Gamma Oryzanol and 4 herbs to soothe the lining. Just started it today. I crave carbs and Sugar alot which could be from the candida and I'm hungry all the time and gaining weight!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

C
