Hi!
I recently finished my first cleanse ever and agree with 15567, I think it may depend on how bad your infestation is.
The worse cleanse symptom I experienced (besides nausea and headache)was feeling totally exhausted and sleeping for 15 hours at a time. I also had movement sensations which I now know is called "scattering" where the
parasites move around, especially out to body extremities, which I wouldn't have believed if I hadn't felt it. Glad I found out about it on here before starting the cleanse.
This may not happen to you. I'm older than you are and know I've got a bad
parasite load.
In whichever case you will have to decide to put yourself first and take the time to work the cleanse. I chose to improve my health as priority and some social stuff didn't happen for a month due to the sleeping/feeling sick. What is important to you?
I would highly recommend that you drink as much water as possible during the cleanse to combat the die-off symptoms. I drank the recommended amount but I think more water would be better. What they say about cleaning the colon is important too. I took extra fiber supplements to help keep it moving.
Whatever symptoms you have, the cleanse will be so worth it in the end. My lungs and sinus now feel so good, they feel like they belong to someone else! I haven't breathed so easily in years and that's only after my first cleanse! I'm looking forward to my next bout of cleansing so I can continue to clean up my body and gradually heal it.
This site is full of experienced pros who will help you and valuable old postings to browse. Have several good reads on here. It sure helped me.
I wish you every success on your road to health,
