Real "bowel cleanse" can take from a few days to many years. It all depends on how healthy your digestive tract is. Some people may need to work on the health of their intestines the rest of their life. Majority of people does not need that much. Process of healing your bowel is not a separate process from healthy diet, liver flush, parasites cleanse.
If your bowel is unhealthy, just using a single products or an enema or a series of colonics usually is not enough. You must improve your diet, you must improve your lifestyle, you may need to do a parasites cleanse and also you should flush your liver at least 6 to 12 times. So, for some people the road to health is a process that may take one year or longer.
The more antibiotics you have consumed during your life ... the longer time it can take you to heal your bowel.
The more preservatives and other junk foods you have consumed during your life ... the longer time it may take you to heal your bowel.
This is especially true for people who have been exposed to antibiotics and junk food from an early age.

The person on a typical Western Diet holds 8 meals of undigested food and waste material in the colon, while the person on the high fiber diet holds only 3.

Why Cleanse the Bowel ?
A good cleansing program should always begin by removing the waste in your colon, the last
portion of your food processing chain. If you attempt to clean your liver, blood, or lymph
system without first addressing a waste filled bowel, the excreted toxins will only get
recycled back into your body.
One of the most frequent bowel problems that people experience today is constipation.
Constipation is generally attributed to a low fiber diet and lack of sufficient water,
which cause our fecal matter to become condensed and compressed.
A constipated system is one in which the transition, or
"time", of toxic wastes is slow and the consistency of the stool can cause
strain (which over time may cause hemorrhoids, varicose veins, hiatal hernia, or other
mechanically induced problems). The longer the "transit time", the longer the
toxic waste matter sits in our bowel which allows proteins to putrefy, fats to rancify,
and carbohydrates to ferment.
The longer your body is exposed to putrefying food in your intestines, the greater the
risk of developing disease. Even with one bowel movement per day, you will still have at
least three meals worth of waste matter putrefying in your colon at all times. On top of
all this, your system can also become continuously self-polluting by the poisonous gases
that are caused by foods you don't tolerate. These poisonous gases can enter your
bloodstream, irritating your organs and joints.
Alternating between constipation and diarrhea, or diarrhea alone, are also indications of
foul matter in your intestines. And finally, the much more serious problems of cancer and
immune system dysfunctions begin with a toxic bowel.
The long held belief of some health professionals is that many people just have fewer
bowel movements than others. This is true, but they also neglected to inform these
individuals that those having fewer bowel movements are harboring a fertile breeding
ground for serious diseases and possibly death. Infrequent or poor quality bowel movements
over an extended period of time are very hazardous to your health.
Once we truly understand the "single greatest challenge our body faces is the
effective removal of wastes and toxins ", we will never again undermine the
importance of frequent, high quality, bowel movements.

Montmorillonite is a volcanic ash.
When a volcano erupts, there is often a fine steamer
mist blown out which usually contains a substance known as a volcanic ash. This
sifts to earth and as it contains many minerals (25 to 33 in Bentonite) it serves to
mineralize the soil. Frequently, however, it can be mined in veins of 2 to 3 feet wide and
deep but many yards long. Natives on every continent have used volcanic ash for Ages
both internally and externally. The value of Montmorillonite lies in its very fine
molecule and its negative electrical attraction for positively charged atoms. The extra
fine molecule gives it greater surface area and thus stronger adhesive or pulling power,
its negative charge enables it to pick up positively charged toxic material from the
alimentary canal to be expelled in the feces. There is no evidence that it has any
chemical action on the body. Its power is purely physical. There is no evidence that
Bentonite's 25 to 33 minerals can be absorbed into the body because its own
adhesive power seems to be stronger.
INTESTINAL CLEANSER (psyllium seeds)
A psyllium seed product of highest quality/possessing better than average solidifying
properties—quick jelling. Excellent for removing old accumulated mucus and feces that
may have become impacted in pockets of the colon. Acts as a bulky mucilaginous material to
aid in elimination.

The Powerful healing therapy no-one ever uses
One of the most simple, very cheep, and most effective program. Drink freshly pressed carrot juice and/or juice of other vegetables/grasses for two days or for two weeks or for two months. Carrot is sometimes contraindicated in case of CANDIDA infection. Use other vegetable in that case, vegetable that does not contain a lot of sugar (cabbage, wheat grass, barley grass,...).
With this program you can begin curing: cancer, aids, arthritis, eczema, psoriases,...
Juices:
Each cup of juice should contain at least two of the following:

In which order am I suppose to do cleansing?
First you do Step1 for a few days or weeks, then, if you need a Step 2, you do that, or if not, you jump immediately to step 3: Liver flush. Some people prefer to start with liver flush first, and for many average healthy people that could be just fine. But, people who have serious or chronic health problems often achieve better results when doing things Step by Step, 1 -2 - 3.

Step 1: Improved Diet & Parasites cleanse & Bowel cleanse are to start with ... almost always! as that is you insurance that cleansing will go without possible problems/reactions ... all 3 things (#1) can be done at the same time or separate, while always making sure your diet is free from foods that kill! Some people prefer to start with Liver flush, and for about 50 - 60 % of people, that seems to be OK. But, some people do need to cleanse parasites and bowel first.

Step 2: Dental cleanup is something that you are suppose to do if you are sensitive to amalgam and you still have amalgam fillings inside your mouth, or if you have root canals, or if you have cavitations as a source of infection.
