Has anyone heard of the Freedom Teachings. They give a lot of detail on ascension science and the correct way to spin your merkaba. As I understand it, the top spiral should spin 33 1/3 clockwise, and the bottom spiral should spin 11 2/3 counter-clockwise. 14 year 0 answ.
