The pounds keep falling off

Thanks to a regimented diet plan that I have been strictly sticking to, as well as daily cadio of an hour and weight-training 4-days a week, the fat continues to melt away.  In this weeks results, I will also include a couple of measurements.  Here are my waist and stomach measurements from when I started and again at week 4.

Starting Measurements

Waist: 43 1/2 inches                 Stomach: 50 inches

Waist: 41 inches                       Stomach: 43 1/2 inches
