The person in my family who has been ill passed away last night. That means I'll be flying home sometime this week, at the latest this weekend. I think I'll bring my fast to a close then, or maybe continue on a modified fast. Although this fast has gotten so much easier, the first few days were very rough, and I can't afford to repeat them again. I don't know how I would continue my fast at my parents, I can't bring my juicer with me, and I'm sure my family would insist on feeding me. I really don't think I'll be able to bring myself to rock the boat too much with all that's going on, but I will definetely eat healthy, and vegetarian style. Again, while I'm at home I'll be primarily vegan. Hopefully a modified fast plus a very healthy lifestyle will bring me closer to my goals. Right now I'm feeling very calm about all of it, and I know that things will work out. I'm seeing results from my (almost) 9 days, and will continue until I fly out to reap the maximum benefits. My stomach is still slightly rounded, but not pouchy the way it was. I've lost around 6lbs, I don't freak out when I'm hungry and start diving towards food anymore. Its the breaking this that will be tough, and I need to be very very careful.
