11/1/06 - Day One of MC
So, I decided to start the MC today.
Date: 11/1/2006 1:42:40 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1708 times I did a Liver Flush on Monday (10/30/06). OMG, the results were disgusting. So, I decided to start the MC today. Prior to doing the liver flush, I did 5 days on OxyPowder. So, I didn't do the "tea" last night or SWF this morning. I will likely just stick with the tea (morning & night) & do a SWF every 3-5 days (depends on how things are moving).
The beverage is quite tasty. However, I will use less cayenne and only 1TBS of maple syrup per 10oz. I will have 10oz every three hours from 8am -5pm, then 20oz @ 8pm and tea at 10pm and 6am.
My weight this morning was 140. My normal weight is 135 (which I was last week). For some reason, I retained a lot of water from the Liver Flush (I was 142 on Tues). I took some Dandelion Root this morning to help flush out the extra water. I won't be surprised if I weigh less this evening.
I'm going to take progress shots tomorrow morning of my body & tongue (I may post them). If I notice anything different about my body thanks to the cleansing process, I will photograph that as well. Oh, I will take my measurements too.
I plan on exercising while doing this cleanse (light weightlifing and sprints/HIIT Cardio).
Time to have another glass (I'm 40 mins. late - I'm not hungry, but I will have it anyway).
