Another day done

more energy?

3 days and counting. I have to say I am really finding this not too challenging at the moment. I think it REALLY helps that there is nothing in my apartment but veggies to juice so no temptations at all and a lack of funds to go out and buy anything to cheat on helps too. I am managing with the old juicer even though what use to take me 10 mins to make my daily juice is now taking over 30 mins to 45 mins to do as I have to constantly stop and clean this one out, its so messy. I hope they can fix my other one fast for me. Likely not in time for this fast but for next one for sure. Although I don't plan on another one till fall.

I did my coffee enema again tonight. I have to say if u can distract yourself while laying there holding all that in it makes it far easier to cope. If u just lay there I find it too hard to hold it the required time. Its amazing all the gunk that comes out, I hate thinking thats inside me polluting my body! SO GROSS!!

I highly recommend them! So cleansing both down there and for the liver its awesome! Anyone else tried them with positive results?

I noticed that i am not really lacking in energy I haven't hit the super high energy point although I did accomplish tons of stuff today so maybe I have. I finished unpacking, shampoo'd the carpet, reorganized my filing cabinet and filed all my lose stuff and started on some very cool artwork that I am working on for my apartment. So I suppose all in all it was a fairly productive day. YAY for no more boxes!!

Tomorrow brings another day!!!
