End of Day 3!

Feeling down, but I'm still going

Alright, not feeling so good. Have serioulsy OD'd on dates. And since I'm a diabetic, that is a complete no-no! Its not so much that they make my blood sugars go crazy, because I'm pretty good at taking enough insulin to match what I eat(the way a the body naturally would), but they just leave me feeling very unbalanced.

I flirted with the idea of just going off for today to make myself feel better. But I wont do that. I can take this. I've quit so many times, and I dont think I could take the guilt. So, Im tredging on.

Tomorrow I will start the mc for a few days to get back on track.

But I will make it to the 30 days! I will not quit! NO more. I can do this. I really am pround of myself for not giving up so easily. Few times do I stay this strong and push through on a fast when things get rough. Actually, that was only one time. Wow! Good girl!!

Can't wait till the end of week 1!
