SL Day 4 - Feeling Better!
Day 4 of Weight loss fast
Date: 10/5/2006 2:50:57 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2196 times Well its day 4 and I'm still here!!! I've never made it this far before, and I've got this site to thank....it really helps to write it all down and the messages of support are so motivating :)
I weighed in this morning and the stats are below:
Starting weight at Day 1: 162 pounds
Day 2: 159 pounds
Day 3: 157 pounds
Day 4: 157 pounds
Weight loss for yesterday is a big fat zero, boo hoo :(
But, I guess its natural not to lose something every single day so I'm not losing hope!! I'm not sure if its because I had a strawberry smoothie yesterday instead of just veggies, so I'll cut the fruit out totally today.
I also think i need to exercise more so I'll try and go for a long walk at lunchtime today. The last few days I've had such a bad headache and was feeling lousy but today I feel slightly better - the headache is still there but I can feel it subsiding.
