Day 4 (PI) - my tum tum wasn't happy with me this morning
tummy troubles, mouth ulcers, and headache??
Date: 9/28/2006 3:05:29 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2428 times My alarm went off at 6 am and I awoke with a dull headache and my tummy kept grumbling and digestive system kept making uncomfortable noises (and movements!) - I kinda needed the loo but was too headachey to get up so I napped for an hour instead.
Sure enough, before my SWF, I needed to go to the loo (I apologise for any grossness so stop reading now if you don't want to read about it) - my eliminations are a lot darker today... NO IDEA why?!
I also noticed my bloating seems to have subsided slightly. I did the SWF - I still get worried that it's not going to do the trick and I'll be left with all this salt circulating through my body - not healthy... But after half an hour I started having periodic small BMs now and again - hurray!
I still have my headache but am drinking my lemonade in the hopes that it will go away. It is supposedly a 'detox symptom' anyway so this should be a good thing.
I also have mouth ulcers and have no idea why.
I made my lemonade with limes today for a change, it's rather yum!
Anyway, I sound rather whiny today for which I apologise for, it really isn't that bad (yet ;) )
