Day 1 (P I) - SWF - Quel Disastre!
My first encounter with the dreaded 'salt water flush'...
Date: 9/25/2006 1:45:58 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2588 times I woke up this morning at 6am after a pretty bad night's sleep - I am hoping this will mean I sleep like a baby tonight though!
I got round to making my 'salt water flush'. I managed to 'chug' down about half of it in a couple of minutes - not bad! Then I started to feel rather ill and it took me a while to get down the rest as I had to stop myself from gagging. Sure enough, towards the end I vommed a bit but luckily it was just the salt water though it tasted pretty gross.
I was rather scared that it wouldn't work and that my body would be retaining all this salt which would make me bloat even more, which isn't really a desired effect! So I tried out some yoga positions, and forced myself to sit on the toilet. Eventually, I had a BM, not majorly large but at least it was something after making myself go through the 'salt water hell'. I ended up vommiting twice more in the bathroom whilst I was there. So all in all the morning hasn't been that great and I am already fed up. Of course I am going to still continue but it's just funny how different it is compared to how wonderful I thought it would be before I started (just shows my naiveity)!
I made up a batch of lemonade for the day - it doesn't taste bad but I think I'll have a bit of trouble trying to finish 1.5 litres of it PLUS 1.5 litres of water PLUS two cups of mint tea (my daily ration!). we'll see...
