Directions for a liver'gallbladder flush with coconut oil for yeast as well as stones!

Ok guys, here are the instructions that I follow when doing a gallbladder/liver flush. Remember, due to the recent findings of fellow forum members, I am going to sub in coconut oil for the olive oil. If you guys try this too, please post a message here so we can track our results, thanks! The directions below use 2 products (Disodium Phosphate caps and Phosfood Liquid) which are from a professional whole food supplement company called Standard Process. You need to find a practitioner in your area who carries their line, but you can call them directly to locate a practitioner at 800-558-8740. I find it works best with these two products over some of the other flush products and this specific flush has been around for over 50 years. OK, remember to sub in 1/2 cup coconut oil instead of the olive oil if you want to kill more yeast! I get my organic coconut oil from www.bionutz.com

One more thing.....I AM NOT A DOCTOR, consult with yours before doing this!!!
Although it has been done for decades and is very safe, each person is different so talk to you doctor first if you have never done one before or have other health problems. OK, here you go :)

Monday thru Saturday noon: Each day drink apple juice or apple cider(organic is best) 1 quart and add 1 dropperful of Phosfood Liquid. Do this in addition to your regular meals or supplements. Drink it throughout the day, not all at once.

1)Saturday noon: eat a normal meal.

2)Saturday 3:00 pm (3 hours after lunch): Take 6 capsules of disodium phosphate(SP) with 6 ounces of pure hot water.

Saturday 5:00 pm (2 hours later): Repeat step #2.

Saturday evening meal: Only grapefruit or other citrus fruit or juice as approved.

Saturday Bedtime:

Drink 1/2 cup unrefined virgin olive oil or in this case coconut oil. You may drink 3 ounces of citrus juice to chase the taste down. It is important to do this step before 9pm. It is best to plan on an early evening. There should be no problems, although some people find swallowing the olive oil difficult. Go immediately to bed. Lie on your right side with your right knee pulled into your chest for 30 minutes. This step is very important.

Sunday morning: One hour before breakfast take 6 capsules of disodium phosphate with 6 ounces of hot water.

Expect a loose bowel movement. Patients who have chronic problems with gallstones, biliousness, backaches, nausea, etc, often find small gallstone-type objects in the stool or on the surface of the water. They are light green to dark green in color, very irregular in shape and size. If a large number are found you may need to repeat this flush in 4 weeks.
