day 3 looking good
Date: 6/15/2006 6:48:01 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2068 times Well, I woke up feeling pretty good this morning. I pretty much crashed as soon as I got home from work yesterday and so I took about an hour nap. I got really hungry yesterday after I woke up, but I did not give in. So, that is a good thing. I am trying not to weigh myself but every few days, even though I was dying to get on the scale this morning and see if any was gone.
So here I am at day three, adn while I am feeling fairly positive this morning, I have a feeling that today may be a difficult one, but I am ready for it. I am desperate to get this weight off, and keep it off. So, I keep telling myself that whatever it is that I feel like I want or need, (as far as food goes), will be there in ten days. Though my first goal is 10 days, I am ultimately hoping to be strong enough to extend the fast longer. We will just have to wait and see. I have had no nausea, and only a very minor headache off and on. My tongue has now begun to turn whitish looking, but from what I have read that is quite normal. So, as far as day 3 goes......it is starting out ok and we will see what is in store for me as the day wears on.
