Juicy Day 19

Day 19 and I am feeling pretty good! Oxypowder is calling my name right about now because not much has been happening in the BM department. I will start taking that on Friday night so that I can get a good cleanse in over the weekend. My good friends at Jamba Juice know my name now and start making my juice right when I walk in the door before I even order. Very cool, I feel like Norm at Cheers. ;) I am excited that I have only 2 more days and then the final countdown begins of the last 10 days of this juicy journey. I plan on introducing solids back into my diet even more slowly than last time because I feel it will be better for my system. I felt fine last time, but the more I read I have found that it would be a kinder thing to do for my body to ease back in very slowly. To date, I have lost 14 pounds on this juice fast.
