Day1, Part II - So far, its easy going.

I am feeling pretty good, not going crazy with hunger.

The rest of the day went pretty well. I wasn't pleased about only having 1 small BM in the morning but overall the day went well. I am not used to drinking this much liquid, and am always feeling very bloated. The upside of that is that I am not experiencing earth shattering hunger pangs. So, all is good for now.

I have not had any "real" cravings for food, cigarettes, coffee, or beer. I missed those things on Day 1 but I wasn't devestated by not having them. I have had minor aches and pains thoughout my body. My lower back has been really sore. Back pain is usually chronic for me but Day 1 was really bad. Hope that goes away.

I had to choke down the final serving of Lemonade. I drank too much water and bloated up. Could barely drink the final 10 ozs. of mixture. Drank the Senna tea right before bed. I want the THUNDER tomorrow morning. Very, very fatigued. Hope that goes away soon.
