Date: 4/13/2006 10:41:53 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2779 times this is the one....haha...it seems ive said that sooo many times lately....well, lets ee this one, but i just have now 1 month before ill fly back to france and i want more than anything now to feel better, lighte, clearer, happier, healthier, more calm and peaceful and i know this goes also through my body and physical being :)
so im starting this am...
i had a hot ginger(water and ginger)and a juice(apple, cucumber and mint) very nice and ill have another juice later today :)
i am going to lisen to some teachings now and after practice massage and lately ill have my tibtan class, first class today with anni dawa..a tibetan nonn who seems to be really nice, ill see how the class goes :)))
ok, here's the plan for today, keeping busy :)))
ill go now to wait for a friend in a cafe and ill have a hot mint and well go down o the library walking..it's like 20 minutes..sweet :)))
i miss the sea teribly now but if i was next to it...would i really jump into nopw in my condition...?!
i would but at a time nobody could see me :)))
