Mental preparation...
starting very soon
Date: 3/27/2006 10:29:56 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2227 times I really feel this is so important, to well set up one's mind for it, to be deeply ready when we start, to know inside this is going to be tough from times to times but so fulfilling then :)))
I am happy i'll be on a fasting journey again, last one was...few months ago, i did a 21 days water fast, during which i was feeling good, just very cold and slow but clear and happy :)))
This clarity and inner joy is probably what i enjoy the most while fasting..(with weight loss of course..:)))
I might be having fruits and veggies juice at the very start and then kind of dilute some juice in some water so i can have some energy with still all the magics benefits of water fasting..
Hmmmmmm, this is beautiful!
Patience is necessary, understanding impermanence...wisdom...:)))
