Day 9, plugging away

Day 9 here, and I am happy to say I am feeling better. Not 100% but a heck of alot better than yesterday. I did take my enema today and had more than the water come out. That may have been the culprit in yesterday's ordeal. If I had taken the enema in the morning, when I felt yucky, maybe my whole day wouldn't have been ruined. Oh well, live and learn right? I still have the yucky taste in my mouth. It was to funny, yesterday at work I would keep rinsing my mouth out with the Tom's mouthwash, every hour or so. My daughter, who is 16, had me so paranoid LOL. I think she exagerated a little, just to get my goat. Hair and skin continue to look better every day. I do still have like a growling feeling in my belly, I just tell myself it isn't hunger, and really I don't think it is. Also my brain isn't quite so foggy this morning, I just wish I would have more energy to get up and about in the mornings. I think maybe it was the coffee that gave me energy before my fast, ohhh how I love my coffee. Not gonna talk about THAT anymore, as it gets me thinking to much LOL.
I have tomorrow off, so I think I will try some new juices, thanks to Dazzle sending me some new recipes. YES DAZZLE I STILL LOVE YA and think you are wonderful. Somtimes we need sombody to be direct with us and straighten us out when we are on a pity party from having a bad detox day. I am sure I will have more, and let you all know about it. I would be disappointed if sombody didn't slap me back to my senses. You are all in my thoughts and prayers and I always read to see how you all are doing daily.
