Day 4

I'm quite surprised I have made it this far!

Weight loss is going well too. I havent exercised at all which is really frustrating. I really want to it's just getting started that's hard for me. Did my dieters tea last night and it didnt do a thing! Also did my first enema this morning. that was ........ different. lol Weighed myself before and after the enema cause I was curious and there was a pound difference. Interesting. I dont have the best scale in the world, it only does by half pounds but it gives you an idea. I dont feel hungry but I seem to have alot of things going on in my stomach/intestines. It's not like growling when your hungry but there is alot of stuff moving around and little noises. Is that normal?????
