Start of day 3

Well I'm worried I wont feel like crap today.

LOL Meaning that I'm worried I should feel like crap on day 3 and I wont which will mean I am not cleansing my body and getting all the toxins out. But I'm only drinking juice and water so I cant be doing it wrong right?? I should have plenty of toxins int here to come out since I was a smoker for 12 years and just quit one year ago, also have eaten plenty of junk and did my fair share of drinking in the early 20's. I do have a very slight headache teasing me and that's it. I have lost 3.5lbs so far since Saturday morning. Not bad! I feel better, as in lighter and not so bloated with all the crap I eat. Still feeling some hunger pains which I thought would be past by now. Maybe I need to drink more juice?? I love the cranberry raspberry juice I got. It's so good. I also got Orange Carrot and strawberry lemonade. But that last one I realized when I got home says only 13% juice even though it's organic. So I might save that one for after this fast. Here's to hoping to a good day!

Well it's afternoon and I feel like crap now. I guess that is a good thing. I have a headache and my whole body aches especially across the back of my neck/ shoulders. blah. Wanted to get alot of stuff done today but cant seem to get the motivation to actually do them. Doing my first tea tonight and an enema tomorrow morning. yikes!
