Speak UP!!
Freedom of Speech

It seems so much easier to pour out your thoughts, your joys and personality, but mainly, your heartache into journals... but we want to spill as much as possible, as if writing it all down will explain yourself better, justify yourself better in your eyes and everyone else's. As if, recording all the words in one area will allow you to run from them, be free of the burden that webs itself in the mind.
We hide from so much, yet we thirst for people to understand. Reaching out seems so difficult, one must give the impression through artificial smiles and bound silence that everything is alright. When we do try to ask for help, we seem to fall to pieces, removing that one card will knock them all down in a heap, and the explainations and experiences that we try to form into sentences as we shuffle through our thoughts at blinding speed comes out confusedly jumbled and heavy with emotion.
There is no reason to feel ashamed.
Remember, speaking heals the soul and opens the heart. Sometimes, I believe others grow angry when one speaks of their feelings because they themselves harbor the same thoughts or views about themselves. Projection, psychological.
Hold pride in yourselves, and keep your eyes, ears, hearts and mind open for yourself, for others, and for Nature.
