Liver Flush #1 & #2

First two liver flushes!

I did a liver flush about a year ago, after I read a book called, "Are You Stoned". I used lemon juice and olive oil....this one required that you drink them separately and then alternate. It's really heavy feeling to drink the oil straight and then drink the lemon juice straight. This one required A LOT of olive oil, more than Hulda's. However:

I had a LOT of stones released the first time. I did not do a parasite cleanse (but I did do a colon cleanse and did colonic irrigations several times before it). Most of the stones were emerald green, and many were clumped together. I think that a lot of people think that they're getting HUGE stones, when I'm not entirely sure that's the case or that they are sticking together after they get partially emulsified...then travel thru the colon. Who knows, but all my back and shoulder pain disappeared.

I did have a lot of craving afterwards -- I thought it was because my digestion was so bad that I had needed more nutrients. But now I think that it was because of liver flukes (parasites).

A year later, I did liver flush #2. I did it Hulda Clark's way and got out almost as many--if you can also count the sludge that came out. It was a green waxy sludge that looked nothing like oil. It looked more like someone had melted a pea green candle. People sometimes say that it's not cholesterol stones or cholesterol sludge--they like to accuse that it's SAPONIFIED OLIVE OIL that has been digested. Well, there was oil also in the stool floating at the top. The olive oil looked just like regular olive oil. I find it odd that "some" of the olive oil came thru undigested and untouched and that, markedly, there was sludge there that looked WAXY.

I have noticed that whenever I do the parasite cleanse, that my digestion and colon get messed up. I guess that means that I have a definite parasite problem and that the liver is having troubles expelling them and they're overloading my system. They are probably clogging my bile ducts, etc. and causing problems for my liver to not be able to produce bile.

When this happens, I want to eat starches only. Potatoes and pasta, etc. The past few days, my digestion was so bad that anything I ate just sat in my upper G.I. and made it protrude in the midriff area. I felt miserable.

I went and purchased a really beefed up enzyme that was heavy in lipase and protease. Thankfully, that really helped. I started belching and having a lot of flatulence. (sorry to mention...just a fact of life!)

Wouldn't you know----today I started having better bowel movements and there were parasites in them. The stool was "flecked" -- and earlier the color was like little red pimientos.

I was desperate and tried to take epsom salts the other day to get my colon to expel some stuff. I had a severe reaction to the loss of electrolytes. Felt like passing out, dizzy, and all-around miserable. I finally got something to replenish the electrolytes and it really felt good on my system! I will definitely be careful with the epsom salts in the future--not good to overdo that.

I am now preparing to do flush #3 (it's been about a month since #2). I think that I will do it on Friday night so that I can relax.

I want to journal these liver flushes so that I can see the progress and others can be encouraged about the process/journey. I am so confident that this is what I have needed for a LONG time. I already feel so much better!
