Queen Afua has a note that a person should cleanse three months before trying to conceive. This is right in line with my idea that there should be pre-wedding detox vacations for the bride-to-be and her man.
-You will create a genius child, a love child, a disease-free baby (isn't that wonderful?)
* These are just some things she lists as benefits of following a holistic plan. I had a pretty hectic day today and now that I am calm, I have to sit back take stock. What am I gaining by continuing to live in the 'meatrix' and toxic soup of negative emotions? Hence why I am documenting my journey on the 'Heal Thyself' protocol. I am also going to be including supplemental material from other sources like Gary Null's online support group (it's free!).
