Now, I need to kick the sleeping pills...zzz...zzz.

Quitting cigarettes was easier than I thought. Only the first few days were really tough for cravings. The end of the first week physically uncomfortable. This week the symptoms have been mild and getting less every day.

Now I have to admit to another little problem: sleeping pill addiction. A lifelong insomniac now living in Asia, I have all-too-easy and affordable access to drugs I had to get illegally from friends visiting Mexico when I lived in the U.S. This is an issue with pros and cons I'd rather just leave to the debate forums. The point for me is, now that my lungs are clearing up, I want to clean out my liver and get to sleep naturally.
