i week, over!!!!!

so happy i went through yesterday, it has been such a struggle!!!
i felt emotionnally very moved and..as usually, the first drug i find not to feel/think/worry....FOOD...
but this time, observing, and not reacting!!!
decided to change these bad old habbits, oui!!!
i am so satisfied now i've done it so far!!!
i wish all of you lots of success, patience and faith will lead you there!!!!
