P & B shake or my PBC shake? Less constipation, less gas and bad odor and taste better than a straight P&B shake. I find it works better than a straight P&B shake; less constipation, less gas and bad odor, and taste better. To make my PB&C shake: 4 oz fruit juice (prefer a sweet nectar) 8 oz pure water 1 teaspoon psyllium 2 tablespoons liquid bentonite 1 teaspoon chlorophyll Mix in a jar and shake vigorously.
