Day 4 Master Cleanse Mid Day

Feeling fine, finer than fine really...

Mid day and I am full of energy. Eyes look clear, complexion better, tongue is the nastiest yet. Coated this horrid colour that looks as though I've had cup after cup of strong coffee, but I haven't.

Hunger comes and goes, but have zero desire to eat. Hard to explain. Also, now that I have 4 days committed to this MC, I feel that psychologically I will do much better. I am seeing this all the way to completion, whenever that will be (somewhere between 10-14)

Water is sooo important!!!
