Day 2 Detox Symptoms
What happened to that glowing girl...?
Date: 3/21/2005 3:28:14 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2912 times My tongue has a thick coating on it. My skin has broken out all over my jawline and chin (possibly partly due to my impending cycle). My pants are tight. It's ok. This is only temporary, part of the cleanse. Just so odd as I've always had a clear, pink (not red) tongue.
My undereye circles are better. My energy and focus is sharper. No hunger pangs although I seem to be thinking a lot about food. What I am going to eat post-cleanse, what I will break my fast with after the initial breaking with oj and veggie soup. Food fantasies abound. Luckily, they are all healthy foods. Still, I seem able to think about this sort of thing and not be hungry, almost as though I am semi detached. Suits me.
Mild euphoria still prevalent. Miss W without coffee makes for a much nicer woman. More centered, less up and down with moods. Am so cool with this cleanse. It just feels good...Now if my face and tongue would just clear up. All in good time!!!!
