time for a nap.

Knee hurts.
Did not bother me during the Pacific Symposium.
Moving around the garden a bit,
wanting to take some Pomegranate photos
for Andrew of Health Concerns.
He has a new product
called Pomexcellent
that is a Pomegranate Fruit Extract.
I have always been drawn to Pomegranates.
Andrew is a sweet kind man.
His company Health Concerns
was the first in the nation to produce
supplements based on Traditional Chinese Medicines.
This Pomexcellent is not intended to be chewed,
but I always crew my supplements.
They go to my brain faster. I can feel this one
in my head, a clearing feeling.
I am just adding it to my regimen.
I wanted to take some photos of Pomegranates
growing in our yard. I have to do some trimming
of a nearby bush of Lantana to get closer.
Pomegranates can grow very close bushy.
This tree is on an incline.
I would like to feed the earthworms too,
and dump the old veg stuff from the bin.
I need a nap.
Acupuncture at 3 PM.
