My suicide story...starting tonight...but wait! There will be more...
Date: 6/9/2018 8:36:50 PM ( 6 y ) ... viewed 1055 times Memorizing poetry saved my life this week. I am not going to get into it right now because it's late at night, but I found myself in a depression tail spin this week.
Had some suicidal ideations...if I didn't know the inside workings of many psych units here where I live, I'd probably check myself in but I didn't. My desire to not get trapped in a shithole for three days was stronger than death LOL If I thought I was going to hurt myself, I would have gone but it was more like...too much support systems. I reasoned with myself that I didn't try everything else first.
I repeated INVICTUS over and over...I looked at my journal and reread things I wrote down.
I exercised and didn't stop the basics. I admit I laid off two days of my navy seal exercise program LOL but whatever...I kept up with most of it.
I have more to say about living the outdoor hippie life and suicide.
