I made reference to last September’s Closing Ceremony at the North American Permaculture Convergence in Hopland, CA that happened a few days following the #HeirloomExpo. Many Heirloom Seeds, representing dreams, were planted in this Ceremony led by Starhawk and me. It was 90 degrees out. A young girl used San Diego rainwater to water the #SacredSeeds and out of nowhere, for the next two days, it rained in San Diego!
What can you do to End the Drought —of Love—in our Lives now?
I believe the American Dream in this moment has become a national nightmare for many. The very positive side of this is that your very local dreams, the dreams you were born to plant, are especially important now.
I had a very inspiring Saturday morning visiting our local college area community garden. A delightful group of students from many countries were volunteering to beautify the garden. I thought it would be interesting for their guide, who became my Facebook friend, to survey the countries they were from.
I would like to see a collection of indigenous heirloom seeds from Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company gathered from those countries. I would like to see the seeds planted in a Peace garden!
I believe it's important to wake up from our nightmare through doing positive activities, more than ever.
The question I'm asking now: how many Enchanted Garden Club members would it take to grow1000 years of peace?
I'll explain more about what I mean:

I was anal obsessive OCD with counting and recounting the pages in The Healing Power of Chlorophyll through Living Plant LIfe, The book I wrote from the words of #DrBernardJensen Dr. Bernard Jensen I got out of bed and going to copy of the book. I'm going to start growing, a new crop of ancient Kamut grass in the morning. Time to remember my dreams! How fast can a dream grow? As fast as a blade of grass!
