Why meditation is so essential.
(5th Post)
Date: 1/12/2016 9:03:21 PM ( 8 y ) ... viewed 1577 times "To meditate is to slow down the headlong march of time so as to introduce an inner rhythm, peace and light which will leave their imprint for a long time to come."[1]
Several years ago I agreed with the rest of my garden-mates that peace is the supreme agreement for our shared living together. That's certainly a good thing! Now I'd like to see that agreement supported with a number of ways that make peace.
I agree with Omraam (quoted above) about meditation. Although Omraam has crossed the threshold we have Richard Rudd who carries on the spirit of the brotherhood.

Speaking of meditation - I'm inspired to post the following thought that came to me this past day. Thank you Mr. "Preponderance of The Small" - for holding our 'fort' down - ever so tightly - so much so that I find it has often squeezed me.
There is a mediation for spaciousness! I could probably benefit from that!

My New Medicine friend: Chris Lowthert just sent me his enthusiastic report on current readings that include reference to: "Pharmako/Gnosis" by Dale Pendell. That interested me to find a book review that I'm in the middle of reading now. Here's a quote that I'm inspired to post here.:

April 19th -
The 25th Gene Key:
Some days ago this thought came to me: "Perfect love dissolves all fear". I immediately took to it and appreciated the contrast to a former thought: "Perfect love casts out all fear". This also inspired me to think of "Divine Chemistry" the chemistry of divine love. That in turn inspired me to return to the 25th Gene Key as its Siddhi is Universal Love.
For now I want to note the "Reactive Nature" of the Shadow frequency of Constriction. The reactive nature is unwilling to own the depth of its sacred wound within. The reactive nature hates how it feels. "It expresses that hatred by being cold-hearted. ... all reactive natures express fear through anger, so these people take out their pain on the world, especially on those closest to them. In effect it is impossible for anyone to come very close to these people. Their volatile nature quickly pushes away any form of genuine warmth because it reminds them of their own pain. As with all reactive natures this often leads to abusive or very short-lived relationships."[3]

Too much focus on cerebral activity
Too much thinking, too many cares, too much cerebral activity have unbalanced human beings. This is why, when their system receives a shock of any kind they are so easily knocked off balance: their centre of gravity which would normally remedy the situation is not functioning correctly. This is because human beings have been taught to look for what they need outside themselves. This is why your inner centres cannot function as they should; ...

As of about about 1990 we have begun to enter a new era that Omraam had pointed toward in his live teachings. The new era entrance is marked in time by the Harmonic Convergence of August 1987. January 3, 1987 is the exact date that the Human Design revelation began to be revealed to Ra Uru Hu. By the early 1990's Ra had begun passing on the knowledge to the first wave of Human Design Teachers that included my initial teacher: Zeno.
With the Human Design BodyGraph we can see much more vividly our human energy matrix system within the present-day 9-centered, 36-channels of energy! And much more than simply "seeing" this we can now finally deeply understand how our energy system interacts with that of every other individual! It is a whole new era beyond the ancient 7-chakra system!
