Day five combination fast
55 hours Dry

Every time I did get out of bed my vision completely blacked out and I had to hold onto something as I slumped over in tingling numbness.
At one point I went upstairs. By the time I got to the top I collapsed on my upstairs bed and laid there in exhaustion for 5 minutes. I feel completely fine when I'm laying down. Its only when I get up and move around that things are difficult.
I slept 4 hours and spat up a good amount of thick yellow/green flem last night and this morning. It tapered off during the day with spit up only occurring every few hours. I urinated 3 times today into a cup so I could see how much and how dark my urine was. Out put was 1/3-1/2 cups, sometimes being very dark and sometimes just dark. I smelled it access the toxins and it actually smelled really.... good.
I decided on my 55th hr of dry fasting that I would return to water fasting. I have consumed two cups. Trying to drink as slow as possible and mix it with my saliva. There was some minuscule pain pangs in my lower abdomen when I started drinking. I can feel the water in my organs.
I do need to go back to work, so I am going to hydrate tonight and see how I feel in the morning. If I feel capable of working I will go back to dry fasting. If not I will continue water fasting until Wednesday and then start a juice fast.
