Day five combination fast 9 y
55 hours Dry
Today I barely got out of bed.
Every time I did get out of bed my vision completely blacked out and I had to hold onto something as I slumped over in tingling numbness.
At one point I went upstairs. By the time I got to the top I collapsed on my upstairs bed and laid there in exhaustion for 5 minutes. I feel completely fine when I’m laying down. Its only when I get up and move around that things are difficult.

Day dreams of peaches and grapefruit juice.
Last night I woke coughing up flem. I had a bowl by my bed so I wouldnt have to exert energy getting up, but could still rid myself of toxins .
My dreams were very vivid. I slept 5 hours. My eyes were red this morning and somewhat gunky. Not as bad as the morning before. They cleared up through the day. My RT eye is still a little red and they both feel sore. Luckily no more gunk. As for the flem, that too seemed to pass. My third day of water fasting/ transition to Dry fasting. Body pains and red eyes.

Im on day three of my fast. I was drinking small amounts of water until this afternoon at 1pm. Ive been 9 hours without any water.
I’m experiencing extremely red and sore eyes. When I woke this morning my eyes were very gunky and they have continued to be very gunky all day. My throat is sore and Ive been spitting up yellow flem all day. It got pretty bad this evening when all I could do for 15 mins was stand over the sink spitting up and unending supply of flem. Also, My breath stinks and Just in the past hour my knees have started to hurt pretty badly.
