Eating Day Four

I am now on day 15 and still on eating days. Hopefully day 15 will be my last eating day for a while. That will make 5 days to add on at the end. God only knows how many more it will be before I am done.

I see that Dick Gregory actually went on liquids for a whole year at one time and was better for it. He helped and encouraged a lot of desperate people.

I don't ever remember craving walnuts before. I am craving and eating them today too. There must be something in them that my system needs. At least they are good for me.
