Five days two and a half hours into the water fast a healing crisis hit. My schedule would not allow me to deal with it so I broke it with some juice. Yesterday I sipped on juice and broth. Today I have been sipping on coconut water. Wow, the coconut water really gave me a lift. I am now just wondering about things like, how long will I do the liquids and should I next go to a Daniel Fast and eat some healthy foods before I go back into water fasting. My goal is to do as much water fasting as possible because I believe that to be the greatest cleanse of all of them. I will make my final decision on the day I move on to something else. I still don't have my full strength back yet from the five day water fast, but I'm getting there.
