Post Fast - Day 2

Still holding on =)

Really busy these last two days with all these get together activities this mother's day weekend. I will get this updated and also do my Post Fast Day 3. Lots of interesting things to share. Hopefully later today or tonight when things wind down I can fill in with more details. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!

Weigh in 132.6lbs 32% BF.
WOOOHOOOOO. Still with a weight loss. That is awesome. Biiigg smile on my face.
By the way I still had itchy hands and belly last night. Hands the most that I recall. But overall I slept okay. Remember waking up a few times to roll over and getting up to pee. Not a deep sleep but good enough. You know I really feel like this after fast will be different. I really prayed to God to release me from this feast or famine atttitude with fasting and fix my relationship with food. I am so grateful that Day 1 went smoothly.

Lord God thank you so much for helping me stick with it and have a new understanding about what to do after the fast.
Please continue to be with me through this. Please heal my relationship and perception with my body and with food. Please help me to stay mindful/present. Let go of past and fears. Be confident in that I will be healed. Be happy and have faith this time will be especially different because I know God will not deny my prayers for help.

What is my food strategy for today?
Repeat morning sips of flax/almond milk. Diatomaceous earth and Blackwalnut hull/wormwood/clove tincture (all for anti candida and parasite). Protein shake. Water. extracted juice (kale, celery, cucumber).
Cook vegetable soup. Should always carry pumpkin seeds for munching emergency if temptations are too much.
Look at menu online for restaurant and have an idea of what I will be eating and the portioning I will feel that I should be comfortably consuming.

Update:
I had my bag of raw pumpkin seeds, protein shakes, and seltzer water in my car. At the Mexican restaurant I ordered as planned from the menu I saw over the internet. Chicken tortilla soup (hold the tortilla) and a salad with oil and vinegar only for dressing. It was the real first meal with chewing I was getting into. Of course the other thing I didn't really prep my mind for was the portioning. Strange part of me would feel the need to not leave so much left in my plate. Taking home salad is not exactly the best. I feel bad wasting the food and that salad was huge. Fortunately, amazing how spirit works, there was a mix up with the ordering. Everyone's food arrived but my husband so he was munching a bit on mine. 10 minutes later still no food. I asked where my hubby's food was and waitress said there was no order for him. It turns out, while the waitress was taking orders my husband was at the other end of the table chatting up with someone else. The waitress asked him what he wanted and he asked her "did my wife already order?" The waitress answered "yes". So my husband understood that thinking I ordered for us both. Well what could be seen as a disaster was actually a blessing. Depending on your interpretation. I was able to stop eating without guilt and let my husband eat the rest of my dinner. ONe more thing to add, before we found out about his dinner, he had already said to me that he was starting to get full already. So, all in all it turned out perfect!!!

We went home and watched TV and munched on a bit of pumpkin seeds.

I feel so good that all went better than I even planned.
