It never ceases to delight me when I experience ongoing instances of "coincidence", "serendipity" and other signs of at-one-ment, alignment, communication, etc. with the U-n-I-Verse! I enjoy them all!
My posting at this time relates to the fact that at approximately 5:33 AM this morning I wrote "I am a teacher of peace" (plus several more lines about that which I may post later). After that I read "The Alternative to Projection" in Chapter 6 - "The Lessons of Love" in the Text of "A Course in Miracles" (ACIM):

Seeing all of this inspires me to write about it.
I have struggled intensely with the problems of "projection"[1] in all its forms ("blaming", "judging", etc.) and so the message in ACIM is truly "good news" for my mind! It is actually the best message that I know of on this subject! I am now sharing that as far and as wide as I possibly can without delay!
I'm intending to re-read the text on this. (It may require twelve readings to allow the truth to fully sink into the "grey matter". That's certainly "okay" by me!)
What Theodore Rubin apparently calls "problems" ACIM identifies as a "call for help". I intend to remember that "problems" are a call for help and that my "problems" a call for my inner help. Most fortunately I have an Inner Helper!
The quoted message of Abraham-Hicks is also identified in ACIM. And Byron Katie identifies the core truth of the problem of projecting "blame or judgment" and how that does not serve us. ACIM says it hurt us!
I have suffered even without expressing the blame or judgment! My conditioning and my own "book of knowledge" (see Don Miguel Ruiz) says it is not okay for me to blame others and consequently
when anger has been triggered in my mind I have often "cooked myself" in the emotional boil! A key that I am only recently realizing to free myself from (what Don Miguel calls) that "Parasite" is to simply ask myself what am I afraid of and then admit that!
I very recently had a personal experience of the freeing benefit of telling myself the truth of my fear. I experienced this by actually admitting my fear to another individual. As soon as I did that I felt a major relief! Afterward I realized that a significant part of the subject matter (that I had thought I was "concerned" about) really did not matter to me at all! Not when I was in my "right mind" about it!
And this is the whole point of my message here. The "problem" is not out there! It is in the divided mind. Although the perception of the problem can be projected out into the world the origin of that perception is actually in the mind! This is an example of how perception is subjective!
I am equally convinced that the solution. resolution, healing, etc. is also in the mind - when the mind returns to wholeness! How do we recover our wholeness? I do that by telling myself the truth and thereby returning to Self-Knowledge, true Self-Awareness!
I stop lying to myself believing that my happiness (or whatever good I think I need) is in the world!
I don't believe in any projections (from wherever they may appear and regardless of how much "incriminating evidence" that I may perceive)!
How can that be achieved? Only with a firm commitment to the truth of Self, its Oneness and Wholeness.
The way of wholeness is a path that only we can take for ourselves however we do not have to walk that path alone. It is possible to have partners whereby we can mutually support one another along our way. Therapist: So can you let yourself feel this emotional pain in your heart, about the death of your dear friends, rather than turning it into a physical pain?
Pt: Yes.
Within five minutes, the muscle tension and physical pain had abated. After allowing herself
to directly experience the pain, grief, and guilt she felt with regard to the death of her friend, the need to convert this into a physical pain was rendered obsolete. She felt calm and relaxed and felt no need for further medical tests – saving herself the ordeal and the medical system a costly and unnecessary line of intervention. ...":

"Excellent case reference! Re: evidence for "mind-body influences and interactions" I'd add the new medicine findings of Dr. Hamer. (See: 'The Abridged New Medicine' by Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer.)
