Shift Possible Because of Knowledge About the Organic Laws!
A fellow student of the Basic Law and Government course by Dr. Ed Rivera shares a testimonial.

"First, I would like to say thank you Dr. Ed for sharing your personal experiences and what you have endured for standing up for what you believe in and also for being a keeper of the records of our Organic Laws and the ideals that this country is genuinely founded on. I can only speak from personal experience and do not intend this to be construed as advice to another.
My boyfriend and I began our journey of dissent of the FTB/IRS in 2006. We muddled our way through fairly well for about 4 1/2 years. We learned a lot through research on the internet and managed to even get back a total of $13,000 from the FTB. By now we were on their radar screen and the powers that be started slapping penalty fees in efforts to recoup what they had legitimately returned to us. We managed to stay two steps ahead of them in spite of their failed attempts at seizing bank accounts and vehicles. It was all beginning to take a toll on our psyches and our relationship. These corrupt individuals will stop at nothing and will ruin lives if given the opportunity. That is when we found Dr. Ed.
My boyfriend was/is busy running his own company that is 50 years old this year. It is a successful and highly respected company in a small town which was left to him as a legacy from his father who bootstrapped it from the ground up. My boyfriend's license is very old and he has always been proud of the fact that it is a really low number. Our biggest fear was that the government would try and take the license away. The license has never been used to conduct work for the federal government. It has just always been with the company because until we began to study with Dr. Ed, we did not understand the fact that all licenses are the government's way of corralling unsuspecting Americans into their federal territorial jurisdiction so that they can through deceit, tax their hard earned dollars.
We studied and read as fast as we could. It is hard to explain what studying the Organic Laws and Ed's material did for us. The anger that we felt towards our government seemed to slowly melt away. We both felt a new found sense of empowerment and the fear dissipated. However, it didn't happen overnight. We have been studying for 17 months now.
The dreaded day finally came when the FTB put a seize/hold on my boyfriend's license. I wrote a letter using Ed's material regarding territorial jurisdiction and (my boyfriend) called the state licensing board. He first met with resistance from the minions at the bottom. He kept asking for a superior each time he did not get the answer he wanted. Finally, he got someone at the top. He calmly explained to this person that his state license was for safety purposes AND in lieu of any future event that he MAY CHOOSE to contract with the federal government but that so far in 50 years that has never happened. His company has always avoided government contracts, way too much paperwork.
The woman listened very carefully and right there on the phone, she went into her computer and changed his status and reinstated the license. She then apologized for any inconvenience he had suffered and said she would be sending him a letter for his files that if the FTB or IRS ever tried to take his license away again, he could use this letter for his records. The letter arrived promptly in the mail and it says exactly as she said it would. My boyfriend has not paid quarterlies since 2006. Nor has he paid any additional federal or state income tax on April 15th. This is how he is paying for his competent son to attend college at an excellent school where he is studying architectural and civil engineering. Sure enough, yet a another agent from the FTB called and threatened to put a hold on the license. My boyfriend informed this agent of his letter from the state licensing board and has never heard from them again.
We have definitely had positive results from our studies with Dr. Ed and letter writing. Those of us who are engaged in this fight are on the leading edge of something huge. This is not for the faint of heart. If it had not been for Dr. Ed and his teachings, neither one of us would have had the emotional courage or the mental perseverance to make it through the narrows at our darkest hour. When that license was reinstated, I knew we had rounded the bend. One of the key things that Dr. Ed drives home is to get out of their way, get out of their jurisdiction while you are standing up for yourself. It is true that the last thing one wants to do is walk into one of their court rooms. I truly believe it is all going to change, I think it is changing now. But first, it has to change in one's mind. When we got stronger in our minds, that is when our situation began to shift out there in our reality in a positive direction. That shift was able to take place because of what we now know about the Organic Laws. Personally, I could never cave to these corrupt agencies. I don't think either one of us could live with our conscience. If I may be so bold as to give a small piece of unsolicited advice it would be, 'it takes as long as it takes and keep on keepin' on'."

I think that a large part of what makes us "stronger in our minds" is knowing who we are! If we think we are a "citizen of the United States" it doesn't matter what we believe about that status because it is spelled out in writing and the status is clearly one of merely federal privileges. However, if we realize that we are "free inhabitants" who are not under the exclusive jurisdiction of the government then it does not matter what anyone else may believe as that status is not only written, it is rock solidly in the Organic Law (Article IV in the Articles of Confederation)!
"It is hard to explain what studying the Organic Laws and Ed's material did for us." My own experience is about being transformed "by the renewal of (my) mind"! It seems to me that the truly inferior status of "U.S. citizen" may very well create a kind of "inferiority complex" in the minds of those who believe that this status is who they are! It is possible that a resident of a Federal territory may only have that status and be subject to the exclusive legislative jurisdiction of the United States. Most fortunately, I was not born on such a land! I was born on free American soil within a state that "retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence ..." just like it says in Article II in the "Articles of Confederation". All four Organic Laws are published in the most recent edition of the United States Code as part of the "General and Permanent Laws".:

Shifts Are Possible Because of Knowledge About the Organic Laws! That is why government schools, the corporate owned media and the like do not teach or even acknowledge the Organic Laws, but only on rare occasion do they make special mention of "the Constitution of the United States" as it serves government's purpose. The phrase "the Constitution of the United States" has more than one meaning. For all these reasons, anyone wanting to experience a real shift in their lives can do so with the support of the knowledge they will gain from the Organic Laws and the supporting materials provided by Dr. Ed in his basic course. It is truly the deal of the century!
In the first Organic Law we find:
"WHEN in the Course of human events,
it becomes necessary for one people
to dissolve the political bands
which have connected them with another,
and to assume among the powers of the earth,
the separate and equal station to which
the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them,
a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires
that they should DE CLARE the causes
which impel them to the separation."
Regarding "the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God". The truth of the existence of these Laws does not depend on whether or not certain people acknowledge them! These Laws operate regardless of any kind of "official" recognition, consensus or other shared conventional wisdom. However, we the "free inhabitants" in exercising our freedom have the responsibility to communicate "these truths" as needed when "official" agents operate in denial or in ignorance of them!
"We hold these truths to be self-evident,
that all men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator
with certain unalienable Rights,
that among these are Life, Liberty
and the pursuit of Happiness."
"The truth of the existence of these Laws" is "self-evident"! The reality of them is a matter of your self-awareness. The reality of which starts with and within you and yet needs to be expressed for it to be a shared reality. Once you have the awareness of your own self-evidence then there can be no denying the Truth of that!
"That to secure these rights,
Governments are instituted among Men,
deriving their just powers
from the consent of the governed,
— That whenever any Form of Government
becomes destructive of these ends,
it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it,
and to institute new Government,
laying its foundation on such principles
and organizing its powers in such form,

to effect their Safety and Happiness.

that Governments long established
should not be changed for light and transient causes;

Today, July 10th, 2012, we are in the 225th year since the ninth state ratified the Constitution (of September 17th, 1787) on June 21, 1788. Then "On April 6, 1789, Washington became President of the United States of America, the Office vested with 'the executive power,' of the United States of America under the authority of the Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777.":

From that date we are now in the 224th year since Washington took the office of "President of the United States of America" under "the color of law" of the fourth Organic Law.
The truth is there has been "a long train of abuses and usurpations" that stretches back to the beginning of this present government of about 224 years. The proof of this is found in the state of "Despotism" that exists now: "Unlimited Law Making Power Is The Very Definition Of Despotism/ Tyranny/ Totalitarianism":

Through understanding what despotism is we can see that what was then "a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce (the Colonies/States) under absolute Despotism" is applicable today! What is next in this sequence? - Twenty two words that changed the course of events! Do you grok this?

Letter to Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.

Greetings, Governor Scott Walker!
I am a duly contracted member of a food club located at Grazin' Acres farm near Loganville, Wisconsin.
I am aware that agents of the Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection have caused personal injuries to Vernon Hershberger by violating Vernon's Common Law Rights (including that of property, privacy), trespassing onto this private farm, disturbing the peace, harassing Vernon (plus harassing other peaceful members of the private food club) and by alleging criminal violations of the State's commercial codes that are without any lawful application to Vernon in light of the fact that he is not farming on property that is owned by and under the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States. The dates of these trespasses are at least noted in the case that has been filed with the Department of Justice against Vernon and that is scheduled for trial in September. Vernon was recently denied a dismissal of the case supposedly for lack of some basis in Law that the judge can recognize.
This is my Notice that the Law (that the judge apparently overlooked) is the Common Law, the Organic Laws of the United States as well as the Law of contract.
Firstly – in the second Organic Law, The Articles of Confederation, we find "free inhabitants" who are not under the exclusive jurisdiction of government. The “free inhabitant” (See: Article IV) is the Lawful status of Vernon who is a natural-born American, born on the free soil in Ohio, in the year of our Lord 1971. This Organic Law is duly acknowledged as part of “the General and Permanent Laws of the United States” as stated in Vol. One of the United States Code, (2006 Edition).
Furthermore, the Common Law recognizes that individuals are free to live as they choose providing that they do not injury another individual.
The Common Law is well recognized in the Constitution for the United States of America.
Last but not least is the Law of Contract that protects the agreement (from governmental interferences) between all the members of the food club for which Vernon is the farmer. In other words the public is not a party to this contract! Once again, there is no injury to the public in the case. Therefore the case rightfully must be dismissed!
It was on the basis of these most Fundamental Laws that Vernon made a rightful and most righteous motion for dismissal. In addition Vernon was willing to forgive the agents for all their trespasses to date and consider the whole matter settled. Although the judge could apparently overlook both the Fundamental and the Common Law that supports Vernon motion to dismiss, the truth of the matter will become very well known among the people! The Truth is what Vernon has stood for along with all the members of the food club. The truth will win!
The above mentioned departments under your executive authority require your oversight. The livelihood of farmer Vernon Hershberger and well being of the members of his food club are being threatened under color of law. I am appealing to the sacred trust of your oath of office to realize that there are sound reasons to consider the Lawful basis for the legal actions that have been made against Vernon. I pray that you give this matter your best consideration.
