about my journey dealing with food allergies, candida and weight loss issues
Date: 6/22/2012 6:21:24 AM ( 12 y ) ... viewed 18903 times I feel good today, and had a proper, 6-8 inch BM, the right color,(well a little green from all the avocado and green juice)I am digesting food A LOT better now, and I feel less troubled in my tummy.
I have started taking this product called Phloe. It claims that it tones the colon, regulating and balancing peristalsis and improving transit time. So far, the last 3 days I've experienced no side effects. Whether or not it will help me with my colonic inertia,(aka Lazy Bowel) I do not know yet. I have to get the colon running PROPERLY before I deal with the candida.
The Elimination diet seems to be working out. I have had very few DH blisters~and I have learned that potatoes constipate me. I have gained seven lbs since my visit with Dr. Wilcox,and I have better energy and need less anxiety meds...unless I make a mistake and eat something I am not supposed to.
SO YAY. SEVEN POUNDS GAINED and a normal, proper crap. :)
